If you open the Express Checkout and see the error message "There are no payment methods available", here are a few things you can try:
Ensure you've connected a payment provider. We have guides for connecting Stripe, PayPal, Square, Authorize.net, and GoDaddy Poynt.
Ensure at least one payment method is activated for the payment provider.
Try going to any payment method you have activated, click Manage, then save the settings (you don't need to change anything).
